VMA is the voluntary association of all the vocational ministers of Victory including the pastors, campus missionaries, and cross-cultural missionaries.

- Evangelical in our theology,
- Charismatic in our expression of worship and the gifts of the Spirit, and
- Reformed in our understanding of family, church, and civil government.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We adopt the following statement of faith.
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son,
- and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
- We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, the grace of God, faith in Christ and the regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of spiritual gifts.
- We believe that the church is God’s people on earth, the body of Christ, through which God will accomplish His purpose and advance His kingdom on earth.
- We believe that every believer is a minister of reconciliation, called and commissioned by God to bring the gospel to all peoples and to make disciples of all nations.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
- We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. We also embrace and adopt the Nicene Creed of AD325, Creed of Chalcedon AD451, the Lausanne Covenant and the Manila Manifesto.
